How do I Order?
 
Please find the products that you would like in our sweet shop and then simply click the 'Buy Now' button.

Once you are satisfied with your choice click on 'Basket' and you will be asked to enter your details to complete your order.

Once the order is completed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation via email.

We accept Credit/Debit Card transactions, which are handled by our secure card processing facility with PayPal, one of the most trusted companies in this field.

How long is delivery?
 
An average delivery time for the UK mainland is 3-4 working days from the date of placing the order providing the sweets are in stock. Delivery outside of the UK may incur additional postage charges. If this is the case we will contact you via email detailing the extra amount.
 
In exceptional circumstances delivery may take longer but, if this is the case, we will notify you via email. We reserve the right to replace items with a similar substitute of an equal or similar value in the unusual circumstance that we are unable to obtain an item.
 
We always strive to complete your order as you wish, but if you don't like the substitute, you can return it to us. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays caused by a third party.
 

 

Returns Policy
 
We expect that you will be delighted with your products from the Happy Sweet Shop.
 
However, if there is a problem with the quality of your product please return them within 7 working days to the address at the bottom of this page. Please enclose your contact details, details of the problem and any material associated with the product.
 
Please note: We do all we can to ensure that we send out goods that are top quality and that they are in perfect condition. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are damaged during delivery.

 

 

Nut Allergies
 
As a result of the manufacturing process, of which we are not responsible, we are regrettably unable to provide a 100% guarantee that our sweets will not contain traces of nuts.  
 
Customs clearance
 
Please note that if you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom then you may have to pay local import duties. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
