Where possible we have tried to identify in the descriptions any sweets that contain nuts or traces of nuts. However it is impossible for us to say that any sweet or chocolate is absolutely 100% free of any traces of nut. Due to the manufacturing process and the products we handle we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from nuts or traces of nuts.
Sweets should be kept in a cool, dry place. It is also the best place to store chocolate! If you prefer to keep the sweets handy in your pocket, you will rediscover the beauty of sticky sweets.

We can deliver all over the UK and Channel Islands. We now also deliver to Europe and even further afield than that! Additional postage charges will occur outside of the UK. We will request this additional charge via electronic payment and we will not be able to despatch your order until these fees are paid. Please contact hello@happysweetshop.co.uk in advance of your order and we will try and obtain a quote for you. There may be further local customs charges which are your responsibility to pay.
We couldn't get Postman Pat (he's too busy in Greendale), but Royal Mail will be delivering all our lovely sweets. We send all our sweets via Royal Mail 1st Class, Courier or Pick Up (that's pick it up rather than a Dukes of Hazard baddie)

Standard Postage - £2.80 (via 1st Class Royal Mail Service 2-7 working days)
Courier - £4.99 - Delivered in 24-48hrs from despatch (working days only, fully tracked)
Pick Up - FREE from Happy HQ, (please await appointment time/date)
All sweets are despatched within 48 hours (unless they are out of stock in which case you will be informed). Orders placed before 12pm will be despatched same day. Orders placed after this time, including Courier orders will be despatched on the following working day.
You should allow 5 - 7 working days for the sweets to arrive from payment although most of our sweets arrive sooner than that. If you need your sweets by a specific date please let us know and we will help as much as we can!
If you require larger quantities than 4kgs (15 bags) or you are interested in corporate, wedding or wholesale quantities then please contact hello@happysweetshop before placing your order.
No! We have chosen to use Paypal as it is a trusted card processing piece of brilliance - much like the old ZX Spectrum! You don't need a Paypal account to use this, and we accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay by cheque...more on this in the next answer below...
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our payment system. You can also use your Paypal account which makes it quick and easy to purchase via Happy Sweetshop.
We also accept cheques, please make them payable to Happy Sweetshop Limited. However, please remember that we will be unable to despatch your order until payment has been cleared by our lovely bank people. Also, we would advise sending cheques via secure mail as we can not be held responsible for any cheques lost in the post - that wouldn't be fair on us. Please don't send cash in the post.
For corporate and larger orders we can also accept BACS and CHAPS payments, so please contact us when placing your order.
Pretty much. However, with our big group of genius sweetie makers if we were to list absolutely everything there'd be no room in the store room to keep our blow torch and colander (just in case the A-Team call on us!). So if there is something you can't find, all you need to do is ask and we'll see if we can help!
Yes we do. Whether it's sticky back plastic, here's one I prepared earlier or a more professional look then we've got it covered. No quantity is too small or too large...so don't think you'll need to buy tonnes of sweets...we just hope you'll like them soooo much that you'll just have to.
Yes we do. Whatever your requirements from a small party to a lavish affair, small kids to big kids we are able to help. We have supplied bulk boxes for several parties and corporate functions. We also have many party planner, entertainers and venues contacts so we can also recommend some accompanyment for your yummy sweets.
